Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest quality care and respect for everyone's time, I have implemented the following appointment and cancellation policy:
~Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens, and I completely understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee, which must be paid before booking your next appointment.
~No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service fee.
Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.
~Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may have to shorten your service or reschedule it, depending on the time remaining.
~ Same-Day Appointments
